Deceptively Decadent Brownie Batter Dip

This Brownie Batter Dip has a secret. It tastes decadent, rich, and fattening. But don’t be deceived! It is actually very healthy, vegan, gluten-free, and Primal. Crazy, huh? At only 100 calories a serving, you could even make a small batch all for yourself (no sharing!) Trust me, once you taste it, you will not want to share it. ūüėČ

Deceptively Decadent Brownie Batter Dip

This brownie batter dip is vegan, gluten free, and Primal. It even has 4g fiber and 4g protein per serving! Make it for a party or a bowl all for yourself.
Makes 6  1/4-cup servings

Mmm, brownie batter...

  • 3/4 cup pumpkin, canned
  • 1/2 cup canned white beans (Great Northern or Cannelini)
  • 3 T agave nectar (sub with honey or maple syrup)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 T peanut butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp molasses (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Alternatively, mash the beans with a fork or potato masher and then mix all ingredients together by hand. Refrigerate. Serve with graham crackers, apple slices, bananas, etc.
